Annual Bisk Foundation Scholarships Pay One Quarter of Master’s Program Tuition
The University of Scranton, in partnership with Bisk Education, Inc., is pleased to introduce the Bisk Foundation Scholarship program. Created to reward academically outstanding students who demonstrate a commitment to social justice, the program awards eight scholarships annually — four in the Fall A semester and four in the Spring A semester. Each pays one quarter of the cost of the Scranton Education Online (SEOL) master’s program tuition.
Applicants must submit a presentation documenting how they have made a difference in the lives of others. The presentation may be written or presented in an alternative format such as video or sound recording. Documentation such as newspaper clippings or other materials may be included in the presentation.
Who’s Eligible?
The scholarships, open to first-time applicants to the Scranton Education Online degree programs, are awarded to new students entering the Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Administration programs. Selection decisions will be made by the Scranton Scholarship Evaluating Committee comprised of:
- Chair, Department of Education

- Assistant Director, SEOL
- Two SEOL Faculty members
